Welcome to GharSe! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GharSe mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By downloading, accessing, or using GharSe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
1. About GharSe (Platform Role)
GharSe operates as a technology platform that connects users ("Customers") with independent sellers, home chefs, riders, or service providers ("Partners").
We do not directly prepare, sell, or provide the goods/services listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated.
We act strictly as an intermediary facilitator. The actual contract for sale or service is directly between the Customer and the Partner.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Platform.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (such as OTPs or passwords) and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
3. User Responsibilities (Customers)
Orders: By placing an order through GharSe, you agree to purchase the items/services from the respective Partner.
Cancellations: Orders can only be modified or canceled within the designated time frame (e.g., before the Partner accepts or begins preparing the order).
Delivery Information: You must provide accurate delivery details and ensure you are available to receive the order at the specified location and time.
4. Partner Responsibilities (Sellers/Chefs/Riders)
Quality and Compliance: Partners are solely responsible for the quality, safety, hygiene, and legality of the products or services they provide.
Fulfillment: Partners must fulfill accepted orders in a timely manner and honor the prices and descriptions listed on their profiles.
Independent Contractors: Partners are independent entities and not employees, agents, or representatives of GharSe.
5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Payments: All payments must be made through the approved payment methods provided on the Platform (e.g., Credit/Debit Card, Digital Wallets, Cash on Delivery).
Platform Fees: GharSe reserves the right to charge service fees, delivery fees, or platform fees, which will be clearly displayed before checkout.
Refunds: Refunds or replacements are subject to our [Insert Link to Refund Policy]. GharSe acts as a mediator in disputes but the ultimate responsibility for refunds regarding product quality lies with the Partner.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the GharSe app to:
Violate any local, state, or national laws.

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, Partners, or GharSe staff.
Interfere with the operation of the Platform (e.g., hacking, spreading viruses, or scraping data).
Create duplicate accounts for fraudulent purposes or abuse promo codes/referral programs.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, app design, and software associated with GharSe are the intellectual property of [Insert Your Company Legal Name]. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Platform without explicit written consent. Partner-uploaded content (e.g., food images) remains the property of the respective Partner.
8. Limitation of Liability

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GharSe, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create an unsafe environment for other users or Partners.
11. Changes to These Terms
GharSe may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the app after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
